Adult Ballet - Spring

Adult Ballet is a semester long class that meets weekly. If you have not registered with us before you will need to fill out the following forms. If you took the class last semester you only need to pay the class fee.

  • Medical Form

  • Photo Release Form

• Submit Payment

  Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is received for the spring semester ($230).

• If you did not register last semester you must also pay the one time registration fee of $30.
